THE ORIGINAL HELP ME! I'M STUCK! - Private Lesson

Did you drop a stitch? Can't figure out the pattern? Can't remember how to cast on or bind off? What the heck is Kitchener stitch? Rest assured, you are NOT alone! Schedule an appointment and we'll get you back on track.  This class is so popular that other shops around town can't help but shamelessly imitate it!! 

$10.00 per hour

Materials:
  • None, but PLEASE, PLEASE bring your pattern and RESIST THE URGE TO RIP OUT your mistake. It's easier for us to diagnose the problem if we can see the mistake.
 
 

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER CLASS - Private - Knitting

Always wanted to learn how to knit, but haven't felt like a 4-week class commitment? Why pay $25-$50 an hour to sit in a large class and get only a fraction of the instructor's time?  Make an appointment for a 1-hour, private lesson. This class is designed to make you comfortable with the fundamentals of knitting.  We go at your pace, so you'll never feel self-conscious about holding up the rest of the class, and you'll never be aggravated that another student is hogging all the instructor's time at your expense.  We'll help you choose a suitable yarn then teach you the long-tail cast on method. After that, it's on to the knit stitch (and time-permitting, the purl stitch too). You get one on one help, and we get someone to appreciate our lovely shop. When you're ready to cast-off, come back to the store, and we'll show you how—for free.

$10.00 per hour (per person) plus materials

THE ANYTHING-YOU-WANT CLASS - Private - Knitting

What if you don't want to make a cabled scarf but those are the only project classes around town?  What if you want to design your own lace scarf, but the design workshop meets when you have to pick up the kids from school?  What if you just need help reading a pattern or getting the right fit?  We've got the answer for you!  Just call us and we'll schedule a time that's convenient for you.  You'll get to sit with one of our fabulous instructors and get all the help you need. 

$10.00 per hour (per person) plus materials if any
