This 4 piece "double eyelet" set (V-neck cardigan, hat, booties &blanket) is worked in DK weight yarn at 5.5 stitches per inch. For a softer feel, the blanket is worked with the same yarn using larger needles, so the gauge is 4.5 sts = 1". You can see from the photograph that you can use solid or variegated yarn. A set could also include mixing solid & variegated.

• 5 buttons, stitch holders, and markers

• US 4 and US 6 for sweater and booties. 16" circular US 6 and DPN US 6 for the hat (or size to obtain gauge).
